🚧 School St. is set to be repaved starting the week of April 10 as the final part of the extensive water main replacement work completed last summer. The work will start at the Central St. side and progress north up School St. and will include sidewalks first followed by roadway milling, castings, reconstruction and final paving. Detours and road blocks will occur at times. Travel on School St. and access to the schools (Lincoln St.), other side streets and private driveways will be permitted during construction. Alternating traffic and occasional detours may be required as part of the work and Police Details will be onsite. No parking will be permitted on either side of School St. during the construction hours of 7am to 4pm. The project is expected to take approximately one month.
