2nd Public Hearing on FY16 Budget

Throughout January, the MERSD School Committee has continued to develop a budget proposal that supports our mission and maintains excellence in our schools.  The School Committee will vote on its final budget submission at the February 3rd meeting.  On January 27th, we will be holding a second public hearing to gather input from constituents.  To learn more about our goals and the financial challenges we are facing, please visit the MERSD Budget page.  We welcome your participation and input as we navigate the budget process and work to deliver a budget that eliminates the structural revenue deficit, puts us on a stable financial path, and positions MERSD for continued growth.
